You may find your skin dries out even more when you are moving between different climates and environments. Making sure to start your day with a moisturizer will keep it nourished and protected all day, and also hydrating before bed will help your skin to restore itself overnight. The last step in your routine is protecting your skin. Keeping your skin protected and moisturized will help strengthen its barrier and prevent damage.
