Yes — but it works differently than conventional antiperspirants. Instead of blocking sweat glands with aluminum, our formula uses magnesium hydroxide to balance skin pH (which discourages odor-causing bacteria) and zinc ricinoleate to neutralize odor molecules. Activated charcoal absorbs impurities. Many customers find it just as effective once their body adjusts.
Baking soda is common in natural deodorants, but it can cause redness, rashes, and irritation — especially for those with sensitive skin or those who shave their underarms. We formulated ours without it so it's gentle and effective for everyone, including those who've reacted to other natural deodorants.
Some people experience a 1–3 week adjustment period when switching from aluminum-based antiperspirant. During this time your sweat glands are returning to their natural function — you may notice slightly more sweating at first. This is temporary. Most customers settle in within a few weeks and love the results.
Apply a thin, even coat and give it 30–60 seconds to dry before getting dressed. Natural deodorant contains oils and waxes that can transfer to fabric if not fully dry. Applying to clean, dry underarms — not right after showering — helps as well. If you do notice any transfer on fabric, treat the area with dish soap before washing; it breaks down the oils quickly.
Yes — this formula was designed with sensitive skin in mind. It's free from aluminum, baking soda, talc, parabens, and synthetic fragrance. All scents come from pure essential oils.
With daily use, one 3oz stick typically lasts 2–3 months, depending on how much product you apply. A thin, even coat is all you need.
