Vetiver is a lesser-known but remarkable essential oil distilled from the roots of a tropical grass. Its rich, smoky-earthy quality grounds the lavender and gives this formula a warmth and depth that sets it apart from typical floral dry shampoos.
Shake the bottle first to loosen the powder. Hold 3–4 inches from your roots and pump onto dry hair — never wet hair. Let it sit for 30–60 seconds to absorb oil, then massage in with your fingers or work through with a brush. Start with a little and add more as needed.
Not when used correctly. The formula is designed to absorb rather than coat, and massaging it in thoroughly is key. The cocoa powder in the blend helps it blend into darker hair tones. If you see any powder after applying, give it another 30 seconds and massage — it should disappear.
