Moisturize every morning and evening to restore your skin with the nutrients it needs and help create a protective barrier against bacteria and free radicals. The last step in your routine is protecting your skin. Keeping your skin protected and moisturized will help strengthen its barrier and prevent damage. In summer, don't forget sunscreen and year-round carry Lip Balm to apply as needed and even Rose Water Toner to mist on as an instant refresher throughout the day.

You can strengthen your skin by keeping it clean, moisturized, and by keeping the good bacteria (microbiota) on your skin alive. You should avoid ingredients that weaken your skin like products with alcohol, strong foaming agents (SLS), antibacterial agents like Benzalkonium Chloride, fragrance, and inflammatory ingredients like soy.
